Due to the instant, digital nature of our products, all sales are final once a file has been downloaded. If your PDF is corrupted, incomplete, or the download link didn't work, contact us at nvkhn.hq@gmail.com, and we'll fix it or refund you — no questions asked. Refund requests made before a file has been downloaded will be honoured in full.
