Shipping policy

All Puzzle Haven products are digital, printable PDF downloads — there is nothing physical to ship. Once your payment is confirmed, your PDF is delivered instantly via a download link on the order confirmation page and in your confirmation email. There is no shipping fee, no delivery address needed, and no waiting for post or courier delivery. If your download link is missing or won't open, contact us at nvkhn.hq@gmail.com. Each PDF is designed for standard 8.5x11 in home or copy-shop printing — printing costs, paper, and ink are the customer's responsibility.
